Payments and security
How paying for an order works, how your card details are protected, and how to recognise a genuine payment request from Streamedge Solutions Limited.
Order first, pay after the scope is confirmed
Placing an order does not charge your card. We confirm the scope with you within one working day. Then we email you a secure payment link for the amount due, from info@streamedgesolutions.com.
A secure hosted payment page
The link opens a payment page run by our payment provider, over an encrypted connection. You type your card details there, not on this website. We never see your full card number and never store it.
3-D Secure
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code or in its banking app. This check is run by your bank and protects you if your card details are ever misused.
Recorded only when the provider confirms
A payment counts only when the payment provider confirms it to us. Until then your order shows as “Payment link sent” on Track an order. Once confirmed, you receive a receipt by email and the work is scheduled.
US dollars
Prices and payments are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own conversion fee.
Deposits on larger items
One-off items of USD 1,000 or more can be paid as a 50% deposit when the scope is confirmed, with the balance on handover through a second secure link. You choose this at checkout.
Bank transfer for company orders
Companies can pay by bank transfer instead of by card. Choose “Bank transfer on an official invoice” at checkout and we email an official invoice from Streamedge Solutions Limited. Pay only to the company account shown on that invoice. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
Refunds
If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid from within 14 days. See the refund and cancellation policy.
What we keep
We keep a record of each order and payment: the amount, date and reference, and the last digits of the card where the payment provider shares them. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. See the privacy policy.
Protect yourself from payment fraud
- We never ask for card details by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- We never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or a personal mobile money number.
- Bank transfers go only to the Streamedge Solutions Limited account on an official invoice.
- Payment links come from info@streamedgesolutions.com and open our payment provider’s page over https.
