The four questions this page answers

  1. 1

    What you buy

A one-off project, delivered remotely, that takes one specific business process you currently run by hand — the one that eats the most hours — and rebuilds it so the software does the passing-along, the copying and the chasing. You pay once; we build and configure it in your systems and hand it over with training.

  2. 2

    What you get

4 deliverables, listed in full below

    • The working automated workflow
    • A progress dashboard

  4. 4

    How long it takes

An automated workflow: trigger, rule, action and notification. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.

What is this, in plain English?

A one-off project, delivered remotely, that takes one specific business process you currently run by hand — the one that eats the most hours — and rebuilds it so the software does the passing-along, the copying and the chasing. You pay once; we build and configure it in your systems and hand it over with training.

We start by watching how the process actually runs today, not how the procedure manual says it runs. Then we write down every step, mark which ones need a human decision and which are pure clerical work, and automate the second category. The automation runs alongside your current method until you are satisfied it produces the same result, then you switch over.

The problem it solves

A job that should take ten minutes takes two hours because it moves between four people, three spreadsheets and an inbox, and every handover has to be remembered by somebody.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

What does it do?

Everything listed here is delivered as part of this product. Nothing on this list is aspirational.

  • A documented map of the process as it runs today
  • Automated handovers between steps
  • Rules-based routing so work reaches the right person
  • Automatic reminders on anything that stalls
  • An audit trail showing who did what and when
  • A dashboard of items in progress and where each one is stuck

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

  1. 1

    Observe

In remote sessions and screen-shares with the people who actually run the process, we record the real sequence, including the workarounds.

  2. 2

    Map and agree

You get a written process map. Nothing is built until you confirm it is accurate.

  3. 3

    Build

The clerical steps become automated. Decision points stay with humans.

  4. 4

    Run in parallel

The automation runs alongside the old method so you can compare outputs.

  5. 5

    Switch and hand over

You cut over, with training and documentation for the team.

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Access to the people who currently run the process
  • Agreement on which steps a human must keep
  • Access to the systems the process touches

Who this is for

  • Businesses where the same sequence of steps repeats many times a week
  • Teams who track work in a spreadsheet plus email plus memory
  • Operations managers who spend their day chasing status updates
  • Any business where a person is the integration between two systems

Business needs this addresses: Automate work, Improve operations

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Automating additional processes — each is scoped separately
  • Licences for third-party tools the workflow depends on
  • Rebuilding the underlying systems the process touches
  • Decisions that genuinely require human judgement, which stay manual by design

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Will this replace staff?

That is your decision, not ours. What the work removes is clerical time — copying between systems, chasing, retyping. Whether you redirect that time or reduce headcount is entirely yours to decide, and we make no claims about hours or costs saved, because we cannot measure them for you before we have seen your process.

What if our process changes later?

The rules are configurable, and we train your team on changing them. Structural changes to the workflow are a separate piece of work.

How do you price more than one process?

This price covers one end-to-end process. If discovery shows you have three, we quote each on its own so you can sequence them.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
