This work instruments the journey, finds the steps where people leave, and works through the fixable causes: unclear next step, a form asking for too much, a page that is slow on a phone, a missing answer to an obvious question. Every change is measured against the baseline, and the report includes the changes that made no difference as well as the ones that did. What we will not do is tell you in advance how much anything will improve.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Enough existing traffic for a few weeks of data to mean anything — tell us your monthly visitor numbers and we will say honestly if it is too few
  • Administrative access to implement changes on the site
  • A defined conversion action, agreed in writing before we instrument anything
  • A named contact who can approve the changes within a few working days

FAQs

How much will conversion improve?

We will not put a number on it, before or after, as a prediction. What you are buying is the analysis, the agreed changes and an honest measurement of what each one did — including the ones that changed nothing. Any supplier quoting you an uplift figure in advance has invented it.

Will you add countdown timers and low-stock warnings?

Not fake ones. If your stock is genuinely low, showing it is honest and effective. Manufactured urgency is a short-term trick that damages trust and, in several jurisdictions, breaks consumer law.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
