What's not included

  • Leases, rent, arrears and maintenance, which are the Property Management System
  • Automatic feeds to or from property portals, which depend on the portal granting access and are quoted separately
  • Deposits, holding fees or any payment taken online
  • Property photography, floor plan drawing and arranging viewings
  • Any agency, valuation or brokerage activity; we build the website and do not deal in property
  • Hosting and domain fees, paid by you to the provider

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Can listings be pushed to property portals automatically?

Only where the portal publishes a feed specification and grants your account access, which varies by portal and by country. We check feasibility before quoting it as a separate piece of work. Without a feed, your agents publish to portals exactly as they do now.

What happens to a property once it is sold?

It moves to an archived state. The page stays reachable at the same address, marked as sold or let, and drops out of the active search. That protects the links people have already shared and the search visibility the page has built up.

Is this the same as the Property Management System?

No. This site publishes availability to the public and captures enquiries. The management system runs the tenancies behind it: leases, rent schedules, arrears and maintenance requests. Agencies that both sell and manage often need both, but each works on its own.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
