The four questions this page answers

  1. 1

    What you buy

A one-off planning service delivered remotely. You pay once; we work out which social channels are worth your effort, define what you post and how often, and set out how it will be measured. It is a written plan. We do not post for you and we do not manage your accounts.

  2. 2

    What you get

6 deliverables, listed in full below

    • A written social media plan naming the recommended channels and the reasoning for each
    • Between 3 and 5 defined content pillars, each with a description of what belongs in it
    • A posting framework covering formats, cadence and pillar mix
    + 3 more
  3. 3

    How it is delivered

    Remote Setup

Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits.

  4. 4

    How long it takes

10–14 working days from the review session

Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.

What is this, in plain English?

A one-off planning service delivered remotely. You pay once; we work out which social channels are worth your effort, define what you post and how often, and set out how it will be measured. It is a written plan. We do not post for you and we do not manage your accounts.

Plenty of small businesses are spread across four channels and active on none. This decides which one or two are worth committing to, given who you are trying to reach and the hours you have, then defines content pillars, a posting framework and the figures to watch. What it is not: ongoing posting, scheduling, community management or reply handling. Nobody from us touches your accounts after handover, and we do not offer that as a retainer.

The problem it solves

You hold accounts on several platforms, post sporadically on all of them, and cannot tell whether any of it is worth the hour a week it takes.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

What does it do?

Everything listed here is delivered as part of this product. Nothing on this list is aspirational.

  • A channel recommendation naming which one or two to commit to and which to leave dormant, with the reasoning stated
  • Between 3 and 5 content pillars defining what you post about
  • A posting framework: formats, cadence and a rough mix across the pillars
  • A profile checklist for each recommended channel
  • 15 example post outlines, three against each pillar
  • A measurement sheet naming which platform figures to record, where to find them and how often
  • A one-hour handover session with whoever will run it

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

  1. 1

    Understand the audience

Who you are trying to reach, and where there is evidence they spend time rather than where it is assumed.

  2. 2

    Review what exists

Your current accounts, what has been posted, and what got any engagement.

  3. 3

    Choose channels

A recommendation with reasoning, including the channels we suggest you stop using.

  4. 4

    Define pillars and cadence

What you post about and how often, set against the hours you actually have.

  5. 5

    Write it up

Framework, example outlines, profile checklist and measurement sheet.

  6. 6

    Hand over

A one-hour session with the person who will run it, and then it is theirs.

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Access to, or a written list of, the social accounts you currently hold
  • A written description of who you are trying to reach
  • An honest figure for the hours per week available for posting
  • Someone nominated to run it, available for the handover session

Who this is for

  • Businesses posting across several platforms with no plan
  • Companies about to hire or assign someone to social media
  • Owners spending time on channels their customers may not use
  • Teams wanting a framework a junior member can follow
  • Businesses whose accounts have gone quiet and need a restart

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Ongoing posting, scheduling, community management, comment or message handling — this is a plan, and we do not run your accounts
  • Graphic design, photography or video production for posts
  • Paid social advertising and campaign management, and any ad spend, which is paid by you to the platform directly
  • Scheduling and social listening tool subscriptions, which you buy from the vendor directly
  • Any promised or projected follower, reach, engagement or enquiry figures
  • Buying followers, engagement or reviews, which we will not do under any circumstances

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Can you promise us followers, reach or a place at the top of the feed?

No. Distribution on every one of these platforms is decided by the platform, through ranking systems it owns, changes without notice and does not publish. A post that reached two thousand people last year may reach two hundred this year for reasons outside anyone’s control. What this buys is a channel decision with its reasoning, defined pillars, a cadence you can sustain, and a list of the figures to record so you can see for yourself what is happening.

Do you run our accounts afterwards?

No, and that is deliberate. This product ends at handover with a plan your own team can follow. We do not offer ongoing posting, scheduling or community management, so nothing here quietly turns into a monthly bill.

What if a platform changes its rules or suspends our account?

Those platforms are third parties. They change what is allowed, how content is distributed and what their tools do, and they can suspend accounts on their own terms and their own timetable. The plan is written so pillars and formats can move to another channel, and the profile checklist keeps every account owned by you. We cannot appeal a suspension on your behalf.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
