The four questions this page answers

  1. 1

    What you buy

A one-off service delivered remotely on your existing site. You pay once; we work on the layer that decides whether a search engine can reach, render, understand and store your pages — crawl paths, URL and site structure, rendering, structured data and Core Web Vitals — and apply the fixes to the templates that generate your pages.

  2. 2

    What you get

6 deliverables, listed in full below

    • A render-aware crawl report showing what a search engine can and cannot reach
    • Template-level fixes applied to your live site: canonicals, robots rules, redirects, internal linking and sitemap generation
    • Structured data implemented on your templates and validated against the published specification
    + 3 more
  3. 3

    How it is delivered

    Remote Setup

Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits.

    How long it takes

3–5 weeks depending on site size and what the platform allows

Search visibility work: rankings, indexing and page health — illustrative concept, not a screenshot of a client system
Search visibility work: rankings, indexing and page health. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.

What is this, in plain English?

A one-off service delivered remotely on your existing site. You pay once; we work on the layer that decides whether a search engine can reach, render, understand and store your pages — crawl paths, URL and site structure, rendering, structured data and Core Web Vitals — and apply the fixes to the templates that generate your pages.

This is about how search engines read your site, not about how your servers are provisioned. It goes further than Search Console & Indexing Setup, which installs the tooling and clears page-level indexing blockers: here the work is structural and applied to templates, so a fix made once holds across every page of that type. It is also separate from Performance Optimization in our cloud range, which addresses hosting and delivery. The two meet at Core Web Vitals, which we treat here as something a search engine reads rather than as an infrastructure problem.

The problem it solves

Your site is large enough that search engines only reach part of it, whole sections take months to appear or never do, and nobody can say which template is causing it.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

6 deliverables

  • Template-level fixes applied to your live site: canonicals, robots rules, redirects, internal linking and sitemap generation
  • Structured data implemented on your templates and validated against the published specification
  • A before-and-after Core Web Vitals measurement taken the same way both times
  • A written change log listing every modification, template by template
  • A written list of anything recommended but not implemented, with the reason

What does it do?

Everything listed here is delivered as part of this product. Nothing on this list is aspirational.

  • A render-aware crawl comparing raw HTML against what is actually rendered
  • Crawl path and internal link depth analysis, so important pages are not buried
  • URL and site structure review, with redirects where a change is worth making
  • Duplicate, parameter and faceted URL handling through canonicals and robots rules
  • Structured data implemented at template level and validated against the published specification
  • Sitemap generation rules that stay correct as pages are added
  • Core Web Vitals measured and the site-side causes addressed
  • A written change log covering every modification, template by template

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

  1. 1

    Crawl twice

Once as raw HTML and once rendered, because the difference between them is where these problems usually hide.

  2. 2

    Map the structure

How pages link to one another, how deep each sits, and which are unreachable.

  3. 3

    Agree the plan

A template-level fix list, approved by you in writing before anything is changed.

  4. 4

    Implement

Changes applied on staging where one exists, then to the live site.

  5. 5

    Validate

Crawl again, check structured data against the published specification, and confirm what is now reachable.

  6. 6

    Report

What changed, and what we recommended but could not change, with the reason.

Delivery & fulfilment

Stream Edge Solutions ships nothing. Every package on this site is carried out and handed over remotely — this is exactly what happens after you order.

REMOTE SERVICEHow this is delivered
  1. 1We confirm requirementsWe read what you sent with the order, come back in writing with anything missing, and agree the scope before any chargeable work starts.
  2. 2We build and configure remotelySetup, configuration and testing are done by our team over a remote connection — on your systems or on ours, whichever the package specifies.
  3. 3We hand it overYou receive the working setup, the credentials, the documentation and a walkthrough. Everything built for you is yours at handover.

Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits. Typical turnaround: 3–5 weeks depending on site size and what the platform allows.

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Administrative access to the site and its templates, and to the repository or CMS where they live
  • A staging environment, or an agreed window for changes on the live site
  • Search Console access, or authority to create and verify it in your name
  • A named contact who can approve structural changes and redirects within a few working days

Who this is for

  • Sites of more than about 100 pages where sections do not appear in search
  • E-commerce catalogues generating filtered and duplicated URLs
  • Sites rebuilt or migrated where the URL structure changed
  • JavaScript-heavy sites whose content may not be rendered by crawlers
  • Businesses whose developer needs a written specification for the technical work

Business needs this addresses: Build an online presence, Improve marketing

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Any guarantee of indexation, ranking position, traffic volume or a date by which anything changes — search engines decide what they crawl, index and rank, using systems they change without notice
  • Content writing, rewriting or new pages
  • Server, hosting or CDN provisioning, which is Performance Optimization in our cloud range and priced separately
  • Crawler and monitoring tool licences, which you buy from the vendor directly if you want ongoing coverage
  • Advertising spend of any kind; this is organic search work only
  • A platform rebuild where the platform itself makes a fix impossible — we say so and quote it separately rather than working around it

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Will this put us on page one?

No, and nobody can honestly say it will. This work removes the technical reasons a search engine cannot reach, render or understand your pages. Whether it then ranks them is its own decision, made by systems it owns and changes without public notice, and it also depends on your content and your competitors. We report the crawl, indexation and Core Web Vitals figures we measure before and after, and we do not convert those into a predicted position.

How is this different from Performance Optimization?

Performance Optimization sits in our cloud range and deals with hosting, delivery and the infrastructure making a site slow. This deals with how search engines read your site. They meet at Core Web Vitals, which we address here on the site side. If the bottleneck turns out to be your hosting, we say so and point you at that service rather than spend this budget on it.

We are on a hosted platform that will not let you change much.

Some platforms restrict templates, robots rules or structured data, and that restriction belongs to the platform, not to us. We check what yours allows before quoting, and anything we cannot change is listed in the report with the reason. We do not bill for work a platform makes impossible.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
