What's not included

  • AI provider usage during and after the trial, billed to your own account by the provider directly
  • Any guarantee of accuracy or usefulness — a legitimate outcome of this project is finding out that the case does not work, and the report will say so
  • Any implication that the deployment reduces headcount, and any use for decisions that must be made by a person
  • Scaling beyond 5 users, 100 documents or the one agreed use case, which is a separate build
  • Ongoing hosting, monitoring and support once the four-week trial ends
  • Dependence on the AI provider remaining available at current prices and model versions

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

What happens at the end of the four weeks?

You get a written report saying whether it earned its place, based on your team’s own feedback log rather than our opinion. If the answer is yes we quote the full version separately; if it is no, you have spent a contained amount to learn that. Either way the deployment sits on accounts in your name, so you can keep running it yourself or switch it off.

Why keep it so small?

Because a narrow deployment is the only kind you can judge honestly. One team, one case and one month gives you a clear read on whether the output is useful on your actual work. Larger first projects tend to produce a result nobody can interpret and a bill nobody wanted.

Is our data safe in a trial?

The same care applies as in a full build: everything is configured on your own provider account against the terms you hold, no-training options are enabled where the provider offers them, and we agree in advance exactly which material is in scope. Sensitive categories can be excluded from the trial entirely. You remain the data controller, and we will delete our working copies at the end on request.

What will it cost to run during the trial?

At this scale the provider charges are usually small, often a few dollars a week, but they are billed to your account and not to us. We set a spend cap on the account before the trial starts so there are no surprises. The closing report includes a realistic running cost estimate at full scale, based on what the trial actually consumed.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
