The four questions this page answers
1
What you buy
A one-off remote service covering the administrative side of a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription you hold: the accounts, the groups, the shared drives and the sign-in policies that govern them. We administer a tenant you own and pay for, and the subscription is never held in our name.
2
What you get
5 deliverables, listed in full below
A configured tenant on your own subscription, with your domain verified
Up to twenty user accounts with licences, groups and distribution lists
Shared drives or team sites created for each part of the business
Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits.
REMOTE SERVICE
4
How long it takes
1–3 weeks depending on the number of users
Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.
A permissions matrix showing who can do what, and who has two-factor enabled. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.
What is this, in plain English?
A one-off remote service covering the administrative side of a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription you hold: the accounts, the groups, the shared drives and the sign-in policies that govern them. We administer a tenant you own and pay for, and the subscription is never held in our name.
A workspace subscription bought in a hurry usually has accounts created ad hoc, no group structure, leavers who still have access, and no record of who holds administrator rights. This engagement builds the administrative layer deliberately: verified domain, provisioned users and groups, shared drives created, sign-in and recovery policies applied, administrator roles delegated to your own staff, and a written joiner and leaver procedure. It stops at that layer. The file-level permission model and sharing rules are Cloud Storage & Collaboration Setup, and the templates and conventions people work by are Business Productivity Suite Setup.
The problem it solves
You pay for a workspace subscription that was set up by whoever needed it first: accounts made ad hoc, no groups, ex-staff who may still have access, and nobody certain who holds administrator rights.
If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.
What you get
The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.
5 deliverables
A configured tenant on your own subscription, with your domain verified
Up to twenty user accounts with licences, groups and distribution lists
Shared drives or team sites created for each part of the business
Sign-in and recovery policies applied and tested
A written administrator handover, including a joiner and leaver procedure
What's included
The work covered by the figure in the buy box, at no extra cost.
Domain verification and tenant configuration
Up to twenty users provisioned with licences assigned
Group, distribution list and organisational unit setup
Shared drive or team site creation
Sign-in, recovery and session policy configuration
Administrator roles delegated to named people in your own team
A written joiner and leaver procedure and an administrator handover document
How it works
The delivery sequence from order to handover.
1
Verify and plan
Your domain is verified on the tenant, and the group and organisational structure is agreed before anything is created.
2
Provision users and groups
Accounts created, licences assigned, groups and distribution lists built to match your teams.
3
Create the shared drives
One drive or team site per part of the business, so company files have somewhere to live that is not a personal account.
4
Apply policies
Two-step verification, recovery methods and session rules configured, then tested against a real sign-in.
5
Delegate and hand over
Administrator roles assigned to your own named staff, with a written handover and a joiner and leaver procedure.
Delivery & fulfilment
Stream Edge Solutions ships nothing. Every package on this site is carried out and handed over remotely — this is exactly what happens after you order.
REMOTE SERVICEHow this is delivered
1We confirm requirementsWe read what you sent with the order, come back in writing with anything missing, and agree the scope before any chargeable work starts.
2We build and configure remotelySetup, configuration and testing are done by our team over a remote connection — on your systems or on ours, whichever the package specifies.
3We hand it overYou receive the working setup, the credentials, the documentation and a walkthrough. Everything built for you is yours at handover.
Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits. Typical turnaround: 1–3 weeks depending on the number of users.

Expected delivery time
1–3 weeks depending on the number of users

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
What we need from you
Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.
A workspace subscription in your own business name, or authority for us to advise which plan suits you before you buy
A domain you control, with access to its DNS records for verification
A staff list showing the groups and access level each person should have
An administrator account created for us on your tenant, at the access level the work needs
Named people in your own team to receive delegated administrator roles at handover
Who this is for
Businesses adopting a cloud workspace for the first time
Companies whose tenant was set up ad hoc and never reviewed
Organisations that cannot say who currently holds administrator access
Businesses hiring and losing staff often enough to need a real joiner and leaver process
Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.
Workspace subscription and per-user licence fees, which you buy from the vendor in your own business name and pay them directly
The file-level permission model, sync clients, versioning and external-sharing rules, which are Cloud Storage & Collaboration Setup
Document templates, filing conventions and team training, which are Business Productivity Suite Setup
Migration of existing mail, calendars and contacts, which is Business Email Setup
Ongoing administration of the tenant after handover, which is a support arrangement rather than this one-off job
Any partner, reseller or certified status with Google, Microsoft or any other vendor, which we do not hold and do not claim
Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
FAQs
Do you buy the subscription for us?
No. You buy it directly from the vendor in your own business name, so the tenant, the data and the billing relationship are yours and you can change provider or administrator whenever you like. We are not a reseller, partner or certified provider for Google, Microsoft or anyone else, and we take no margin on your licences.
What administrator access do you hold, and for how long?
We work under an administrator account you create for us, at the level the work needs and no higher. You keep the top-level owner account throughout, and every user account remains yours. At handover the roles pass to your own named staff and our account is removed, on your instruction or at the end of the engagement.
What if we have more than twenty users?
The price covers up to twenty. Beyond that we quote before starting rather than discovering it halfway through. The per-user work is fairly predictable, so the additional cost can be stated accurately in advance rather than estimated loosely.
Can you keep running the tenant afterwards?
That is a separate arrangement rather than part of this price. This job deliberately ends with your own staff holding the administrator roles and a written procedure they can follow, because you should not need to call a supplier to add a new starter.
Refund & cancellation
What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.
Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
