How long it takes
Set out per stage in the written quote; comparable programmes run four to six months
Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.
Several separate products bound together and bought as one package. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.
What is this, in plain English?
A multi-stage programme that replaces a scattered collection of tools with a connected set: a corporate website, a customer system, hosting the business owns, the integrations between them and the automation on top.
The largest engagement in the catalogue and the only package we will not price on a page, because no two are close enough in scope. It typically brings together the Premium Corporate Website, a CRM System, Cloud Migration, System Integration Service, a Workflow Automation Solution and the Priority Support Plan. At their listed starting prices those one-off components alone total $8,798, and the quoted programme price is always below the sum of the components it contains.
The problem it solves
The business runs on six disconnected tools and a set of spreadsheets that only one person understands. Customer records exist in three places and disagree, the website has nothing to do with any of it, and every attempt to fix one part breaks another because nobody has looked at the whole.
If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.
What you get
The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

Corporate website rebuilt as the public face of the connected system
Customer system holding one authoritative record, with data migrated from existing sources
Infrastructure moved to cloud hosting held in your own accounts
Integrations between the website, the customer system and your finance tools
Automation applied to the processes the new architecture makes possible
Stage-by-stage delivery, each stage independently useful and separately signed off

How it works
The delivery sequence from order to handover.
1
Discovery
We document what exists, what it costs and where it fails, then produce a target architecture and a staged plan. This is a paid stage and you may stop after it with the document in hand.
2
Stage the programme
The plan is broken into stages that each deliver something usable on their own, so value does not arrive only at the end.
3
Foundations first
Hosting and the customer system come before the visible work, because building a website onto unstable foundations is how these programmes fail.
4
Connect and migrate
Integrations are built and data is migrated with a reconciliation step, so the old and new records are proved to agree before anything is retired.
5
Automate and train
Automation is added last, once the systems it depends on are stable, and staff are trained stage by stage rather than all at once.
6
Support and review
Priority support runs through the programme, with a formal review at the end of each stage against what was agreed.
Delivery & fulfilment
Stream Edge Solutions ships nothing. Every package on this site is carried out and handed over remotely — this is exactly what happens after you order.
CUSTOM BUILDHow this is delivered
1We scope it with youWe work through what the build has to do, what it connects to and what would make it a success.
2We quote in writingA written proposal with deliverables, milestones, timeline and price. Free, and no obligation.
3We build and hand over remotelyOn acceptance the work is built to the agreed milestones and handed over with its credentials and documentation.

Delivery method
Custom Build
Expected delivery time
Set out per stage in the written quote; comparable programmes run four to six months
Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us — not from the moment you pay.
Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
What we need from you
Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.
An executive sponsor with authority to approve each stage, since a programme without one stalls at the first disagreement
Access to every system in scope, including the ones only one person still understands
Time from the staff who do the work, scheduled in advance rather than found later
A written statement of what must not change, such as regulatory reporting or an existing contract obligation
Agreement that stages are signed off in sequence rather than run in parallel to save time
Who this is for
Companies of fifty staff and upwards with several disconnected systems
Organisations replacing a legacy platform they have outgrown
Businesses where customer data disagrees between departments
Boards that have approved a budget for a programme rather than a project
Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.
Hardware, on-site installation, cabling and anything requiring a physical visit
Cloud hosting fees, software licences and platform subscriptions, paid by you to the provider directly
Third-party software licences for tools we integrate with rather than build
Change management, redundancy processes and internal restructuring, which are yours to run
Regulatory or compliance certification of the resulting systems
Any commitment about cost savings, efficiency percentages or revenue
Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
FAQs
Why can this not have a price on the page?
Because the honest range is too wide to publish as one figure. The same list of components can differ by a factor of three depending on how many records migrate, how cooperative the existing systems are and how many exceptions your processes carry. We quote in writing after discovery, free of charge, and the quote is fixed per stage rather than open-ended.
How does the discount work if there is no listed price?
The quote itemises every component against its individual catalogue price, then shows the programme figure below that total. You can check the arithmetic against the product pages yourself. The components listed above start at $8,798 combined before support, and your quote will show your own scope priced the same way.
What happens if we stop after one stage?
Stages are designed to be independently useful for exactly this reason. Completed stages are charged at the price set out in the quote for those stages, the programme discount applies only to the stages actually delivered, and anything not started is not charged at all. Discovery in particular is often bought on its own, and you keep the architecture document whatever you decide afterwards.
Can you guarantee the programme will save us money?
No. We can document what your current tools cost and what the proposed architecture would cost to run, and that comparison goes in the discovery document for you to test against your own assumptions. What happens to your operating costs afterwards depends on decisions we do not control, and any supplier presenting a savings figure as a guarantee is selling you a forecast dressed as a fact.
Refund & cancellation
What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.
Nothing is charged for the quote
Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Refund and cancellation terms are agreed in writing as part of the proposal, before any money changes hands.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
