What is this, in plain English?

A set of profile pictures, cover images and editable post templates, each exported at the size the platform expects, so your accounts look like one business.

This covers how the brand appears on social platforms. It is artwork and templates only: we design the assets and hand them over, and your team posts them. Unlike the marketing materials pack, everything here is sized for screens rather than for print, and nothing physical is produced.

The problem it solves

Your logo is cropped into a circle on one platform and squashed on another, the cover image is blurred, and every post is made from scratch by whoever has time, so no two look related.

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Administrative access to your own profiles to upload the images, or someone on your side who has it
  • Usable logo artwork and, ideally, agreed brand colours
  • The list of platforms, confirmed before we start

  • Paid advertising and any ad spend, which is paid to the platform directly
  • A Canva subscription if you want features beyond the free tier, paid by you to Canva
  • Photography, videography and stock image licences
  • Printed versions of any of this artwork. Everything here is sized for screens and nothing is produced physically.

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

What happens when a platform changes its image sizes?

Platforms redesign their layouts whenever they choose and give no notice to designers. We build to the published specifications on the day of delivery. If a platform changes a size within 60 days of handover we re-export the affected files once at no charge. After that, re-sizing is quoted as a small piece of work.

Do we have to use Canva?

The editable templates are built in Canva because it is the tool most non-designers can actually use. The free tier is enough for what we build. If you would rather have flat files and no editable templates, say so at the briefing stage and we substitute additional exports instead.

What if neither direction works for us?

Send written feedback on both and we quote a third direction as separate work before starting it. Fees are not refunded once directions have been presented, because that is the work you commissioned. No further charge is applied without your written agreement.

Will this increase our followers?

We make no claims of that kind. Consistent artwork makes an account look like a real business, but reach and follower growth depend on what you post, how often, and platform algorithms nobody outside those companies controls. We design the assets; the results depend on how you use them.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
