Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.

A brand identity: logo lockup, colour palette and type specimen — illustrative concept, not a screenshot of a client system
A brand identity: logo lockup, colour palette and type specimen. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.

What is this, in plain English?

A logo designed alongside the colours and typefaces it will sit with, so the parts match instead of being chosen one at a time by different people.

The middle tier of the three identity products. Logo Design gives you the mark alone; this adds an agreed colour palette, a typeface pairing and a short usage sheet so everything made afterwards looks related. All output is digital artwork, print-ready where relevant, and we produce no physical items.

The problem it solves

Every document your business sends out looks like it came from a different company, because the logo, the colours and the fonts were each picked at a different time by whoever was making the file that day.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

  1. 1

    Briefing call

A 45-minute remote call on the business, the audience and the impression it needs to give.

  2. 2

    Two directions

We present two complete directions rather than a page of loose logos, each applied to a sample document so you see it working.

  3. 3

    Selection

You choose one direction. The other is set aside and is not developed further.

  4. 4

    Two revision rounds

Consolidated feedback from your side, one round at a time, so changes do not contradict each other.

  5. 5

    Production

The approved direction is finalised and every file format is exported.

  6. 6

    Handover call

A 30-minute call walking your team through the files and the usage sheet.

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • A completed brief and one 45-minute call with a decision-maker
  • Any existing assets you want considered, in the best quality you have
  • Confirmation of the exact legal and trading names to be used
  • Consolidated feedback from your side, sent as one list per round

Who this is for

  • Businesses launching properly rather than testing an idea
  • Companies whose materials have drifted apart over several years
  • Firms about to commission a website and needing the brand settled first
  • Owners who want one agreed set of rules their staff can follow

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Any printed or manufactured item. You receive digital artwork and arrange printing yourself, direct with a printer.
  • Stationery artwork, social templates and marketing pieces, which are separate products in this category
  • A full brand guidelines document, sold separately as Digital Brand Guidelines
  • Commercial font and stock image licences, bought in your own name from the supplier
  • Trademark searching, registration or legal advice on the name
  • Website design or build work

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

How is this different from Logo Design?

Logo Design produces the mark and its file pack. This produces the mark plus the colour palette, the typefaces and a usage sheet, all designed to work together and documented so other people can follow them. If you already have a logo you are happy with, look at Brand Refresh instead.

What if neither of the two directions is right?

Tell us specifically what is wrong with each and we quote a third direction as a separate fee before any work restarts. We do not refund the package once directions have been presented, because that is the point at which the design work has been done. Nothing beyond the quoted fee is charged without your written agreement.

Can my printer use these files?

Yes. Colours are supplied as CMYK values as well as screen values, and the logo is supplied as vector artwork, which is what commercial printers ask for. We do not arrange, order or pay for printing, and no physical item is sent to you by us.

Who owns the typefaces?

The foundry does. We select typefaces and tell you where to buy the licence, and you hold that licence in your business name so it stays valid if you change designer. Where budget matters we can specify open-licence typefaces that carry no fee.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

Not sure this is the right product?

We would rather point you at the right thing than sell you the nearest one. Ask us before you buy — no obligation.
