What is this, in plain English?

A single custom logo designed for your business and handed over as a pack of digital files, including the vector originals that printers and sign makers ask for.

This is the mark on its own. If you need the mark plus an agreed colour palette, typefaces and a usage sheet, buy the Brand Identity Package instead. Everything here is delivered as digital artwork: the files are print-ready, but we do not print, produce or ship any physical item.

The problem it solves

The only version of your logo is a low-resolution image someone exported years ago. It blurs when it is enlarged, it cannot be placed on a dark background, and the last printer you approached asked for a vector file nobody can find.

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Printing, sign making, embroidery or any physical product. We supply digital artwork only and ship nothing.
  • Trademark searches, trademark registration and any legal advice on whether the mark is available to use
  • Commercial font licences, which are bought from the type foundry in your own name
  • Stock illustration or photography licences
  • A written brand guidelines document, sold separately as Digital Brand Guidelines
  • Applying the new mark to your website, signage or existing documents

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

What happens if I do not like any of the three concepts?

It happens, and we would rather say how it is handled now than argue about it later. We ask you to write down what missed, and a fourth concept round is charged as a separate fee agreed before it starts. Because the creative work has already been carried out, the original fee is not refundable once concepts have been presented.

Can I print this on shirts, vehicles and signs?

Yes. The vector files are drawn for exactly that and can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Give the SVG or EPS to your printer, embroiderer or sign maker. We do not print, produce or ship anything ourselves, and we hold no account with any printer on your behalf.

Do I own the logo, and is it protected?

Ownership of the final approved mark passes to you on full payment, in writing. Ownership is not the same as a registered trademark. We do not carry out trademark searches and we cannot tell you whether the mark is free to register. If that matters, instruct a trademark attorney before you start using it.

Why are the fonts not included?

Typefaces are licensed by the foundry that made them, not by us. Where the mark uses a commercial font we name it and link to where the licence is bought, and you buy it in your own business name. Any lettering drawn into the mark itself is yours and needs no licence.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
