A document management system with folders, versions and approvals. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.

What is this, in plain English?

Your company profile laid out as a proper document of up to sixteen pages, delivered as a PDF for sending by email and a second version set up correctly for printing.

Many tenders and corporate buyers ask for a company profile. This turns the content you have into a document that looks like it came from an organised business. It differs from the pitch deck in format and use: a profile is read alone, so it carries more text and is built to be sent or printed rather than presented.

The problem it solves

A prospective client has asked for your company profile. What exists is a Word file with three different fonts, a stretched logo, a table that breaks across two pages and an organisation chart drawn with rectangles.

If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.

What you get

The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

How it works

The delivery sequence from order to handover.

    Content handover

You send the written content, photographs and any accreditation logos you are entitled to display.

  2. 2

    Page plan

We return a page-by-page plan showing what sits where, before any pages are designed.

  3. 3

    Cover options

Two cover treatments and one sample inner spread for you to choose from.

  4. 4

    Full layout

The whole document is laid out and the tables and charts are redrawn.

  5. 5

    Two revision rounds

Consolidated corrections, with the final proofread done by you.

  6. 6

    Release

Screen PDF, print-ready PDF and the editable version are sent by download link.

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

What we need from you

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • The written content, close to final, in an editable format
  • Photographs at print resolution that you have the right to use
  • Logo artwork and brand colours, or the identity files if we made them
  • Written confirmation that you are entitled to display any third-party marks or accreditations included

Who this is for

  • Companies bidding for tenders that require a profile document
  • Suppliers being vetted by a larger corporate buyer
  • Consultancies and contractors introducing themselves to new clients
  • Organisations preparing a document for partners or funders

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Printing and binding. You receive files; any physical copies are ordered by you from a printer and paid to them.
  • Writing the profile content, and translation into other languages
  • Verifying your claims, figures, certifications or accreditations. We typeset what you supply and you remain responsible for its accuracy.
  • Photography, and licences for stock images or icons used at your request
  • Proofreading. Final reading and sign-off is yours before release.
  • Updates after handover, which are quoted as new work

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Do you print and bind copies for us?

No. We supply a print-ready PDF built to standard commercial settings, or to your printer specification if you send it. Ordering, paying for and receiving printed copies is your arrangement with the printer. Stream Edge produces no physical goods and ships nothing.

Can you check whether our claims are accurate?

No, and it would be wrong of us to imply otherwise. We design what you supply. Certifications, memberships, figures and any statement about your business are yours to verify, and by approving the document you confirm they are correct and that you may display any third-party marks included.

What if the content runs past sixteen pages?

We flag it at the page-plan stage, before design begins, and either help you cut it back or quote additional pages at the rate shown in the add-ons. Nothing beyond the agreed page count is designed without your written approval.

What if neither cover treatment appeals to us?

A third cover treatment is quoted as a separate fee before it is designed. The fee already paid covers the page plan and the treatments presented, which is real work, so it is not refunded. In practice the page plan stage catches most disagreements before design starts.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.

The full terms, item type by item type, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. How the work reaches you is covered by the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.

Not sure this is the right product?

We would rather point you at the right thing than sell you the nearest one. Ask us before you buy — no obligation.
