Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • Figures for any charts, as a spreadsheet rather than as images
  • Logo artwork and brand colours, or the identity files if we made them
  • The presentation date, so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable

What's not included

  • Writing the pitch. We design the content you supply and edit only for length and fit.
  • Financial modelling, valuation work, and any financial or investment advice
  • Verification of your figures, claims or projections. Accuracy is your responsibility as the presenter.
  • Any promise about funding, contract awards or meeting outcomes
  • Presenter coaching, rehearsal facilitation and attendance at your meeting
  • Stock imagery and font licences, and any printing you decide to do

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Will a designed deck get us funded?

No deck does that on its own, and we will not claim otherwise. Investors and buyers decide on the business, the numbers and the person presenting. A clear deck removes friction and stops your argument being lost in clutter. What we sell is the design work, not an outcome.

Can you write the content if we only have rough notes?

This product assumes your content is written. We restructure, tighten and cut, but we do not research or write the pitch from scratch. If your notes are rough, tell us before you buy and we quote content development separately or point you to a different starting point.

What if the deck grows beyond fifteen slides?

Additional slides are charged per slide at a rate stated in the add-ons, agreed in writing before they are designed. We flag it as soon as we see the content going over, rather than at the end. Appendix slides count the same as main slides.

What if we do not like the sample slides?

Say what is wrong and a second direction is quoted before it is started, at a lower fee than the original because the structural work is already done. The fee for work already presented is not refundable. Sample slides exist precisely so that a disagreement about direction happens at slide three rather than slide fifteen.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
