The four questions this page answers
1
What you buy
A one-off remote configuration service: we take the project management platform your business licenses and set it up around your real workflow, then train the people who will use it. We configure a product you subscribe to; we do not build one for you.
2
What you get
5 deliverables, listed in full below
A configured project management account inside your own subscription
Up to four boards with your statuses, fields and permission rules
Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits.

How long it takes
2–3 weeks from the process mapping session
Measured from the point everything under “what we need from you” is with us, not from the moment you pay.
A project board with a delivery timeline above and swimlanes below. Illustrative interface concept — not a screenshot of a client deployment.
What is this, in plain English?
A one-off remote configuration service: we take the project management platform your business licenses and set it up around your real workflow, then train the people who will use it. We configure a product you subscribe to; we do not build one for you.
Most teams sign up for a project tool, create a board called "Tasks", and abandon it within a month because it does not match how work actually moves. This engagement starts with your existing process — how a job arrives, who touches it, what "done" means — and configures the platform to match, with templates for the work you repeat and reporting your managers will read. It is configuration of software you license, which is what separates it from Enterprise System Development, where a system is built from nothing.
The problem it solves
Your team pays for a project tool that half of them ignore, because it was set up in an afternoon and does not reflect how work really moves through the business.
If that does not describe you, this is probably the wrong product. Tell us and we will point you at a better fit rather than sell you the nearest one.
What you get
The concrete things that exist at the end and that you own.

How it works
The delivery sequence from order to handover.
1
Map the work
We walk through how a job arrives, who touches it and what counts as finished.
2
Configure the platform
Boards, statuses, fields, templates and permissions built to that map, inside your own account.
3
Load live work
Your current jobs are entered, so the platform is useful on day one rather than empty.
4
Train the team
Two remote sessions: one for the people doing the work, one for the managers reading the reports.
5
Review after two weeks
A follow-up call to adjust what is not working, because the first configuration is never the last.
Delivery & fulfilment
Stream Edge Solutions ships nothing. Every package on this site is carried out and handed over remotely — this is exactly what happens after you order.
REMOTE SERVICEHow this is delivered
1We confirm requirementsWe read what you sent with the order, come back in writing with anything missing, and agree the scope before any chargeable work starts.
2We build and configure remotelySetup, configuration and testing are done by our team over a remote connection — on your systems or on ours, whichever the package specifies.
3We hand it overYou receive the working setup, the credentials, the documentation and a walkthrough. Everything built for you is yours at handover.
Carried out remotely by our team. Nothing is posted and no one visits. Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks from the process mapping session.

Remote Setup
Expected delivery time
2–3 weeks from the process mapping session

Full detail of how work is handed over, what happens if requirements are outstanding and how order records are kept is in the Delivery & Fulfilment Policy.
What we need from you
Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.
A subscription to the platform in your own business name, on a plan that supports the features scoped
An administrator account created for us on that subscription, at the access level the work needs
A written or walked-through description of how work moves through your business today
The people who will use it available for the two training sessions
Who this is for
Teams that bought a project tool and quietly stopped using it
Agencies and consultancies running several client jobs at once
Operations managers with no visibility of who is working on what
Businesses adopting a project platform for the first time
Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.
The platform subscription itself, which you buy from the vendor in your own business name and pay them directly
Building project management software — this is configuration of a product you license, and Enterprise System Development covers anything built from scratch
Connecting the platform to your other systems, quoted separately and dependent on the vendor’s API
Running your projects or acting as project manager after handover
Any partner, reseller or certified status with the platform vendor, which we do not hold and do not claim
Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
FAQs
Which platform do you configure?
Whichever one you license. We work with the common project tools and will explain the trade-offs if you have not chosen yet, including what each costs you per user per month. We do not resell any of them and hold no partner status, so the recommendation is not shaped by a commission.
What happens to our data and your access afterwards?
The subscription, the account and everything in it stay yours throughout, and we work under an administrator account you create for us. At handover we confirm in writing what access we still hold, and it is removed on your instruction or at the end of the engagement.
What if we want more boards or templates than are included?
The scope is fixed at four boards and eight templates so the price means something. Extra boards or templates are quoted before we build them. We tell you when a request is heading past the allowance rather than absorbing it silently and running short elsewhere.
Will this make the team actually use it?
Configuration and training remove the usual excuses, but adoption depends on your managers holding the line in the first month, and we cannot promise a behaviour change. The two-week review call exists because that is when the real objections surface. If the problem turns out to be your process rather than the tool, we will say so.
Refund & cancellation
What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.
Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
