Email clients render HTML inconsistently, and desktop Outlook on Windows is the most awkward of them because it uses a word processing engine to draw email. We build conservatively and test in four named clients so the signature holds together in each. We cannot guarantee identical appearance in every client and version in existence.
The price covers files and written instructions, which most staff can follow in a few minutes. If you would rather we did it, remote installation is available as an add-on per mailbox, and central deployment through your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administrator is quoted separately once we know how your email is set up.
Two revision rounds are included on the single layout, which is enough for most changes at this size. If the whole direction is wrong, a second layout is quoted as a small separate fee before it is designed. The original fee covers work already done and is not refunded.
No, and be wary of anyone who says it will. Deliverability depends on your domain authentication, sending reputation and content, not on the design of the signature. We keep the file lightweight and avoid the patterns spam filters dislike, but authentication work is a separate technical job.
